By definition our use of Wildflowers & Native Flowers encompasses all Natives used in the Australian Floral Industry most commonly Australian, South African and New Zealand Natives.
Our site is 'Shopify Secure' which means that Shopify complies with the highest Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. We use an SSL Certificate to ensure complete 256-bit encryption security.
We deliver FREE Tue - Sat (excluding Public Holidays). Same day Delivery for orders placed before 12PM.
Our Deliveries start at 12PM and we are unable to deliver before that time. (If you need a priority morning delivery email via the contact form and we will do our best for you). We are unable to Deliver at a certain requested time as once the Drivers leave they are on a set Route. However, if there is going to be a problem with the delivery time please email asap and we will ask the Driver to 'tweak' their Route a bit.
Please ensure we have your contact number to ensure delivery of the flowers. If we are unable to deliver them we will call you to look at options such as re-direction. If we are unable to Deliver the flowers due to the wrong Address details we can re-deliver them the following working day for a $10 Delivery Fee.
If the Recipient is not at Home/Office/Hospital we try to find the safest way to leave the Delivery. If that is not an option we will call you. Please feel free to inform us of any surprises such as dogs, locked gates, etc. Thank You!
We will at all times attempt to deliver exactly what you ordered but due to Seasonal Availability this may not always be possible and we may need to substitute some flowers but always to equal or greater value. You are VERY important to us so in the advent that there is something that you are not happy about PLEASE contact us via our Contact Form or email email@example.com and we will do our very best to resolve any issues.
If you have any further questions we welcome them via our Contact Form.
